I recently got the iPhone 16 which I love so much but 2 things I have noticed is that when I turn on low power mode when I swipe to da notification center it starts lagging then I also noticed that when I use the iPhone 16 wallpaper it glitches to like a purple for a quick sec I had the iPhone 11 and 14 and neither did these things before.

Low power mode will disable some features and restrict the processing speed in an attempt to extend battery life. It is intended to be used when your battery is running low or you are in a situation where you will not be able to charge in the event it does run low and you need to maximize battery life at the expense of performance. That’s normal.
I have these same issues as well as battery getting a bit hot when charging. I think we have defected phones, gonna try to get it changed at the store.
