I updated to 18.3.2 and all of a sudden my brand new iPhone 16 pro max is slow. When I try to use the side button to open the camera the entire phone crashes. I wish there were alternatives that did not break the blue bubble conformity law

Basic troubleshooting steps:
Restart, Reset, Restore from backup and Restore as NEW!
I tried restarting, I also turned off apple intelligence and Siri but it’s still not up to my standards. I did a factory reset because I ran out of options but it’s still slow, the screen looks like it’s operating below 60hz at times.
before you say turn off limit frame rate, I’d like to say I already made sure it was off. I think the issue is with the quality of the IOS software, it’s getting worse for some reason
