Stickers not saving to the Stickers Menu (iPhone 16 Pro on IOS18.0.1)

Each time I try and create a sticker, it appears in the menu for about a second and then disappears. All the stickers i had previously created on my iPhone 14 have gone too. This is clearly not a new issue as I've seen other threads on this community going back years with the same issue. Any chance Apple might fix it? Any user workarounds?
