Why can't I see my Stickers on iPhone 16 Pro running iOS 18?

Ever since upgrading to the iPhone 16 Pro, I have not been able to add stickers nor have I been able to see previously owned stickers on my device. Every time I create a new sticker, it shows up for half a second and then removes itself. I have tried to restart my device and it does not change anything. I’ve noticed some other bugs and believe Apple likely needs to come out with a software patch, which I’m sure is already being made…

Just got the new iPhone 16. Stickers didn’t transfer over from old phone. Trying to recreate my stickers and when I add them, they show up in the “drawer” for a second and then disappear. Restart didn’t fix the problem. On iOS 18.0.1
