MacBook Not Visible on Windows 11 Network Since Sequoia

Under MacOS Sonoma 14.7 my MacBook Air M1 was available on my Windows 11 computer Network. Since upgrading to Sequoia 15.1 The MacBook no longer appears on the network even though file transfer from the Windows 11 computer to the MacBook is possible through a Run command. All network settings are unchanged. The only change has been the upgrade to Sequoia. The Mac can easily connect to the Windows 11 computer using Connect to Server...

I have exhausted all the usual suggestions and cannot understand why the MacBook is not seen on the network.
