wallet offers deleted card in Safari

I deleted a credit card from my Wallet almost two months ago. Yet, when I need mine to pop up during transactions on Safari only the deleted card is offered for a fill-in. I have 1Password as my password app, but do have a few passwords saved in the Apple Password app.

Yet, 1Password is never even suggested after the recent iOS update.

Where did Apple change this/why can’t I get it back?

I already checked my settings.

How do I fix this?
