Searching for an alternative browser to Safari on iPhone
Safari seems to be defunct on my iphone but I do NOT want to use Google, ever.
Is there another browser on the horizon?

Open the App Store app and search for "browser."
There are a number of results including Firefox, Brave, Opera, Microsoft Edge.
Als, not sure wha you mean by Safari being defunct. If you supply more details about that, someone here may be able to help.
