I did make an update to iOS 18.1 last night, downloaded Apple Intelligence successfully but it still stuck on "Preparing" status for like 10 hrs. Is there anyone know how to fix and make it work? Im desparate....

It was still stuck on my Mac for more than 24 hours, and I contacted Apple Support this morning. I was told that nothing was wrong and that "it needs to understand your daily routine and usual activities, it needs a little bit of time to have the data documented in order for the responses/features to be relevant to your daily activities so it should be ready by tomorrow most likely".
I’ve updated 18.1 on 15 pro and I can turn on the apple intelligence but it doesn’t work yet! Why?
Based on this screen shot, it looks like it is working. Otherwise, the green Apple Intelligence button would say Pending. Now you just have to learn how to use it.
is it work on personal hotspot?

And what do do if it's not fully downloaded?
Mine is 4.91 gb. Does that mean that's maybe why it is missing those .03gb to work?
