Split View not available with some combination of apps.

Hello, hope you are well.

I have a problem with Notion and the split views. With some apps it works, but when I try to have a Split View with a book and Notion, it says it's not available. I've tried opening the book with different apps, such as preview and Books, but it doesn't work. Is there a way to solve this? It would help me greatly, since I usually need to read the book while making my notes with Notions.

I have a MacBook Air M3 btw. Thanks for your time!

How to open mission control Ventura I want to keep two apps open at once, I upgraded this M1 from whatever was before Ventura and so I'm finding the window organiser limits most apps to only one window at a time on screen, which is a bit perplexing when I want to drag a file from finder into an app. All my open apps are in some kind of hovering preview thing on the left for some reason, CTRL+DownArrow switches that mode, but I seem to still only be allowed on app at a time. cannot split screen with another window I'm running Ventura 13.1. I work a lot with Microsoft Word, and like to put two documents side by side to work from. To do this, I maximize one window, then go to Mission Control by swiping up with 3 fingers and pulling one of the windows into that desktop with the maximized window. After updating, I cannot do a split screen with two different windows as I used to before. Is this happening with anyone else? Is there a work-around?
