My ApplePay has not functioned since May. It is unable to detect the reader but works fine with online purchases.
I have run through diagnostics multiple times with no issues detected, spoken to three senior advisors and the engineers apparently can't help until I factory reset a SECOND time.
I genuinely feel like there's no fix other than buying another phone.
Has anyone experienced the same?

I've attempted to use it at traditional eftpos machines, Apple square payment terminals and using both different debit cards and rewards cards that require a "tap" to be used.
I have also had issues with using the AirDrop function when you hold two phones together.
