Trying to download a new app but when I try to out in my Apple password which is 32 characters long it stops after about 29 characters have been entered. Therefore if I hit enter it says the password is invalid. If I cannot enter my full password of 32 character then I cannot download any apps.

Log feedback against macOS, iOS, iPadOS or whatever:
and then (if you can) shorten your password using the Apple Account website:
I see a few cached references to a limit of 250 characters maximum for the Apple Account password, but none of those same Apple support web pages have that limit included in their present text.
Alternatively, contact Apple Support directly, and ask them. (And let us know what they tell you too, please.)
