When I send emails using my Hotmail account (does not matter which browser I use - Firefox, Google Chrome or Safari), the email received has all kinds of font sizes and line breaks there did not appear in the editing while the email was being drafted
The Font changes size on the recipiente Side. Also, I can she the changes in my original mail attached to their response.

That would appear to be an issue you will need to take up with Hotmail support. Since you're using a web browser and it's happening with multiple browsers, this would not seem to be an Apple issue.
