Recently, I accidentally deleted a text conversation from my Apple Watch. I don't have a phone and don't know how to get it back! I didn't just delete one text, either. If you swipe to the left side of the messages app, you can delete all texts to and from that person. How do I fix it?

To my knowledge, that's not possible directly on your Watch. There's no "recently deleted messages" folder like there is on an iPhone, at least not that I can find. But if you don't have an iPhone, how did you get the Watch set up? It must have been paired to an iPhone at some point. Perhaps you can recover those deleted messages using that iPhone.
