It processes the image slowly, and the created image remains blurry for a longer time.

I use the phone's own app, with Live Photos turned off, and I take 24 Megapixel photos. I could say I'm taking "normal" photos, but it does the same thing at 2x and 5x zoom as well.
What sort of processing are you attempting? Or do you mean that it's just being slow after taking a photo before it "renders", not that you're trying to do any adjustments?

No such problem on my iPhone 16 Pro, for what that's work. Probaby a dumb question on my part, but have you restarted your iPhone?
