VPN & Device Management button greyed out

Hi, after upgrading our supervised iPad to 18.0, resulted in the 'VPN & Device Management' and 'TV provider' button getting greyed out. Hence we will not be able to view 'MDM profile'. After allowing the restriction 'Allow modifying account settings (supervised devices only)' within our MDM profile, I was able to see the above mentioned options again.

Anyone observed a similar scenario?

would this be an apple side issue or an mdm payload related issue? Are there any documentation from apple addressing this issue? i tried updated to 18.1.0 from 17 ,with Allow modifying account settings disabled, but the issue is not occurring.so im assuming apple has fixed this.

Same result on iPad mini 6 & 7 with iOS 18.0 and 18.0.1

Verified on 18.1 and looks like Apple has resolved this issue.
