I'm trying to install macOS Ventura on a new Samsung T7 external SSD.

I am using instructions from the Apple Community. I went to the "How to download and install macOS - Apple support". It says "When the macOS installer opens and you are asked to choose where to install, click Show All Disks, then select the new external SSD before continuing." I cannot find a button or icon, etc that lets me "Show All Disks". Where am I going wrong?
