Apple silicone case prematurely peeling

Hello friends, I bought an Apple silicone case in pink just last week. I love its color 🩷 but it peeled off immediately after a small fall. The case shouldn't be damaged so easily as a result of a simple incident like falling, I especially trusted the quality of the brand!! Since it was under warranty, I took it to the company I bought it from, but it was rejected. It may be user error, but if it happens to you once, it's a shame for that much money..! But the complaint of someone else who had the same problem was accepted..???!!!
