my macbook screen randomly started showing vertical lines and started completely bugging and glitching out, since then it won’t turn on and when it does all i see is a navy screen, the keyboard still clicks and it still charges, will apple suggest a new screen or a whole new macbook

Could be either. If there is partial function, taking a screenshot can help (if the display issues aren’t captured in the screenshot, it’s most likely just the display; if they are, it’s more, i.e., logic board).
If you have access to an external display, e.g., a TV, connect that and see if it works normally.
Or just take the Mac to an Apple Store and they can tell you.
