Unable to download an app on iPhone
My app won’t download and it’s stuck in a loop for around 7 minutes I believe, what is wrong???

The same link that Katana-San provided would pertain to you as well. Make sure you have a valid payment method from step 2 of that support article. Since it appears that the OP may be in Low Power mode, if that is the case for you, then turn it off. Without a description of what happens when you try, it is virtually impossible to provide a specific solution.
