exporting TextEdit links

I have authored a .rtf document using TextEdit which contains many links. I'd like to import (or cut&paste) it into Pages and preserve the links as well as their characteristics (e.g. font, color & formatting).

I'd also like to export the document (either from Pages or TextEdit) to a .pdf in manner that preserves the links.

Importing Web Page into Pages I'm a self-publisher who's trying to figure out the best way to create epubs and paperbacks. My editors all use Mickeysoft Word, so I had to install that on my laptop. I discovered a really slick way of copying a manuscript into Word. First, I copy the text from an epub I created with a software program called Sigil and paste it into an HTML file. Next, I put all the images in a folder so they display correctly. I can then view the file in a browser, copy the entire thing and paste it into Word. The text and images are both copied into Word, and about 80-90% of the styles are preserved. I decided it's time to learn how to use Pages, but I discovered that the above trick doesn't work. When I copy everything on a web page and paste it into pages, all that appears is a couple lines of text. So my question is, what's the best way to import a file - including images - into Pages? Thanks.

How can I edit a PDF document I’ve used Websnapper to download a web page (recipe) from the New York Times. The resulting pdf looks good. What I want to do is remove some advertising, etc. Ideally, I’d like to simply use the mouse to drag a box around the band of advertising that’s across the middle of the page and remove it—and then have the resulting separate sections join up again by closing the gap. Other output formats are available from Websnapper, but I’d like to stick with pdf, if possible. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

How to export each page of a document as a separate file in Apple Pages? I want to save each page of a multi-page document into separate files, specifically pdfs. Is there an automation for this? I was using the "mail-merge" function, and it worked but then created one single file with over 100 pages that I would need individual pdfs for.

Never mind. Once I changed the filetype to .rtfD, the functionality I sought was enabled.
