I've created digital placeholder for my scavenger hunt on each slide. I will have 5 teams taking picture for each item. How can the teams easily send the images back to me? Eventually, I will use and create a PP slide show.

I wonder if you could use a shared iCloud folder for this. I haven't done it, but it looks like this is the sort of thing that would work:

Will each member of the team be taking pictures? Will each send them to you or decide with of the photos taken by the team is to be sent to you?
Have them text them to you with a brief description of where, when and how for the slideshow.

each team will have a team lead who will take the pix in the Keystone image placeholder
With 5 teams each accumulating a pic at each stop with a total of 10 stops that would be a total of 50 pictures I hope can be sent to me. The picture does not save to the phone but to the App. Or do I not understand how it works?
I believe texting the photos to you would be the best mentor. If you have the team leads in your Contacts list their name will show up in the text title letting you know who's sending it.
