Fraudulently hacked Work Apple ID after Optus breach
How do I claim back or have closed down my Work apple ID that was fraudulently hacked after the Australian Optus breach. This account did not have the two factor security set up and now the hacker has set one up. I have tried to reset the password and it keeps coming up with the hackers phone number for me to enter. I have spoken to apple support who were not very helpful. If I cannot claim back my work ID then at least tell me how to get in touch with the fraud department to have the account shut down.
