Pending payment refund on Apple device
I have a payment pending but the merchant said they didn’t receive it. How do I get a refund?

Pending payments are yet to be completed. Pending payments are not eligible for refunds until they finalize. Once finalized you can dispute the charge with the issuer of the credit card used for the transaction/payment.
