Battery Health of MacBook Degrading very fast..

I have a MacBook Air M1 9 to 10 months old , its battery health is 91% in just 189 cycles so it should be a concern or not as its degrading fast, If the battery health goes below 80% without completing 1000 cycles so I would be a problem or not. What should I do should I turf off optimise charging.

Ignore the battery information & details until it is no longer performing to your expectations...this includes when the battery condition is showing "Service Recommended". The charge cycle value is irrelevant unless it is nearing 1,000 cycles.

The "Maximum Capacity" value is new to macOS users so people are not familiar with how quickly this value changes over time....the value can actually fluctuate up & down every day although macOS does not update the value that quickly. If you were to observe the same information in one minute increments you would find the value can fluctuate up & down minute to minute by several percent...more so under heavy load.
