Utilities and deleted photos file missing in mac photos app

I tried to find a solution for the missing "Deleted Photos" file and it was recommended to go to utilities to find it. Both the utilities and the deleted photos file are missing on Mac photos app 15.0.1 (recently upgraded to Sequoia). Also am told that if there are no photos in the Deleted photos file, it won't show so I deleted a couple of photos and it never showed up. The file has never not been there. I work with lots of photos.

I am not looking for deleted photos, I am looking for the Deleted photos file and the Utilities file on mac photo app 10.0) On my iPhone the "deleted photos" file is there, not on my mac.

Thanks.

Are you saying that Utilities is not there, or Recently Deleted is not there?

Utilities used to be up at the top with Library, but now it's at the very bottom, just above Projects, as FoxFifth showed. The little arrow thing > may have to be clicked in order to expand the section to see the groupings there.

If you don't find it, can you send a screenshot to show us what's there?
