Hello. I don't have any ios device. I just want to use apple music family plan on android. Tell me the simple ways to build a family plan on android device.

The account was already a part of the family but when it logs in into app it says " your purchase could not be complete. For assistance: contact www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww " and when it logs in into web, after filling vertification code, it just loading and nothing more.
