Backup Drive is not bootable
I deleted everything on my backup drive that was full. Now it is not bootable. I have Ventura 13.7
MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 13.7

Does the user mean a Time Machine Backup Drive ?
Does the user mean a Bootable External Drive that once had a working version of macOS Ventura installed on it ?
