Why is my OneDrive App not allowing Photo access?

when trying to see my google photos, OneDrive app, and many other apps that normally would save photos to my photos now say that I need to allow access to them to view my photos, backup, or save anymore photos , but the option is not listed when going into SETTINGS> SELECTING AN APP SETTINGS> making sure allow access is on, which it is, BUT FULL ACCESS IS NOT LISTED IN SETTINGS FOR ANY OF THE APPS SAYING “NEED TO ALLOW FULL ACCESS > *CLICK THE CONTINUE BUTTON IT PROVIDED > TAKES ME TO THE SETTINGS WHERE AGAIN, IT TIS NOT AN OPTION TO ALLOW ACCESS, DELETING THE APP AND REINSTALLING DOES NOT HELP.

First off: punctuation makes it easier for other people to understand you. I have read and re-read your query and frankly can't understand it.

What is "my photos" as in "...and many other apps that normally would save photos to my photos"? Do you mean the Photos Application? If so, what version of what device?

The rest may make some sense if you break it into sentences and maybe a paragraph or two. Remember we can't see your device so we rely on you to explain the situation in order to help you.

I agree with Yer_Man, and I also suggest that you be careful with the "All Caps" use. For instance, menu items on the iPad aren't in all caps, so that makes it quite confusing. Here's an example of a menu:

Settings > Screen time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Photos > Allow Changes

By the way, for the above menu on your iPad, is Allow Changes checked? If not, then changes to which apps can use Photos are not allowed. This is sometimes the problem.
