How do I renew my iTunes Match subscription?

I subscribed to iTunes Match last year, and have had full access to my music. With my renewal coming up I got an email from apple indicating I need to renew my match subscription. However when I open iTunes (pc) and log in and get to ‘my account’ - I find no place to ‘renew’ my match subscription.

does anyone know where / how I can see the subscription /renew / or if I ‘do nothing’ and it’s supposed to automatically renew - where I can confirm this??
