Quick Question about ImportFolderStructure.VBS Script

What an awesome tool.

When recreating a playlist library with 2000 playlists/folders, 25000 songs and a complete library of 90000 songs, am I better off:

(1) importing the 90000 songs first (file -> add files) and then running the ImportFolderStructure.VBS to create the folder structure, or

(2) running ImportFolderStructure.VBS to create the folder structure and import the 25000 playlist files and then adding the remaining 65000 files.

Definitely a 1st world problem but I'm just simply curious.

Edit: The first playlist loaded via ImportFolderStructure is a library playlist with the entire list of the 25000 files/songs.

The reason I am asking is that the first time I ran it using method (2) it took 13 hours, I'm just wondering if method (1) would be faster
