Clean up in picture not appearing as an option.
I have an iPhone 16 pro with up to date software. when I go to edit a photo to clean it up the option isn’t there.

The Clean Up feature is part of Apple Intelligence, which isn't coming until later this month for those in the US, and December for those who live in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, and the UK.
