for the icloudn synchronization process with music and music files, there should actually be a folder... just like the other folders like Photos etc. Where is the Music Folder and how do I see it in the cloud? Are such files hidden from me, and if so why? Why can't I just see it and work on it in the cloud just as I could with other folders? any tangible reason?

There is no accessible folder for iCloud Music.
Why it's hidden, only Apple knows and we are not allowed to speculate in these forums.
