iMessage problem with iOS 18.01

iMessage is buggy in iOS 18.01. Problems with sending messages with pictures and/or images.

iMessage not sending pictures and audio messages after iOS 18.4.1 update on my iPhone 16 Pro Ever since the update to IOS 18.4.1 I’m still having issues with my iMessage not sending pictures and audio messages. I’ve tried all the options: turning off the phone, checking network, have enough storage etc my last option is going to the Apple Store. has anyone else found the solution? Same problem. I get a phone number “not registered” from my iPad Pro M4 running iPadOS 18.01. iMessage to iPhones works but not SMS to Android phones.
