Location wrong on find my friends

I have been having this issue for so long and cannot figure out what is going on. My apple ID on find my friends shows that I am in a location "now" that I am not at (might be home when i am out, might be a city that I visited recently - i cannot figure out if its just delayed or what) but when my family members click on the "device" section and can see all the devices of our family sharing they can see where each of my devices is and its correct.

My find my friends is shared from my iphone and when you look at my apple id it will be incorrect but when you look at my iphone location it will be correct. This was happening with my previous iphone 13 and i thought when i upgraded to the iphone 16 it would go away but it didnt. I restored from back up and it persisted so I spoke with apple support and they told me to erase my new phone and just manually set it up. When i did this, the issue continued.

I reset the location settings and stopped sharing with everyone and then reshared my location with each person and this provided a temporary fix. However, its been about a week and now its doing the same thing. Itll show that i am somewhere else "now" or itll show that I was somewhere 20 hours ago but not load an updated location. Meanwhile, if my family member looks by device its correct.

I am so frustrated i cannot figure out whats going on please help!
