Fraud Alert - Email Received for Order Placed with my Information

I received an email confirmation for an ipad order, that I did not place. It included my actual name/address/etc. I assumed it was a phishing email (although no suspicious links; seemingly legitimate Apple links), and ignored it.

20 minutes later, another email, changing the shipping address from mine, to another city/state.

The next day, another email, advising the shipment was on its way (UPS - tracking shows it is indeed being shipped).

I contacted Apple the first day, and they couldn't find an order with the order # in the email, but now I'm not confident. I think someone actually did order it, and I can't tell how they paid for it. What do I do here?

Yes I now see one of my cards was charged (have since called to freeze card). Ups was worthless when I contacted them. They just directed me to their website, where the page they told me to go to wasn't even active. At least I was able to figure out which card they used. But it's a shame the scammer is still getting the item.
