Hello,
I recently received an email from an iCloud account/iCloud email stating there was a purchase made, which I confirmed was false, further more the address of shipping is fake, the zip code shows it’s to a different state I would like to report this person and this fake email if in fact it belongs to someone for trying to commit fraud.

It's a scam. The phone number shown does not belong to PayPal. Ignore and delete.
One of your screen shots shows your personal email address. I've asked the hosts to remove it. Never post such information on an open, public forum.
