Can't find my list of support questions to reply to

That's odd. My Subscriptions works for me. No special settings. In fact my past posts are the only things that show. Do you have a filter enabled? There's a reset button at the top left of the list, and another one at the top right.

I would like to see replies to any of my questions while signed in online, but I can't find my list of inquiries. Top right> Avatar> Subscription doesn't work.

How may I access my inquiries and replies without navigating to dead ends? So far, it's been about 40 minutes trying- that's why I don't answer all the time.
