Can't find my list of support questions to reply to

I receive emails saying I have replies, but I don't want to click the link enclosed to get to the reply in the community. I receive emails on another older computer because the onslaught of emails is full of scams, and I don't want to corrupt my work computer.

I would like to see replies to any of my questions while signed in online, but I can't find my list of inquiries. Top right> Avatar> Subscription doesn't work.

How may I access my inquiries and replies without navigating to dead ends? So far, it's been about 40 minutes trying- that's why I don't answer all the time.
