How do I stop showing reminders in calendar?

After the upgrade, my calendar is too cluttered to use. I can't find events because reminders, even daily reminders, are clogging my display.

How do I stop showing reminders on my calendar?

I need this on all of my devices, ios, ipados, watchos, and mac.

Hiding completed reminders in calendar I like the idea of the reminders app and calendar merging reminders and everything for your day showing up in one place. Is there any way to hide completed reminders in the calendar after you’ve marked them as completed? In the reminders app you have the option to hide completed but I can’t find anything similar in the calendar app. Personally, I don’t need to see things I’ve done and I think showing completed items unnecessarily takes up a lot of screen space.

Does anyone else hate the new calendar system? Why on earth did Apple decide to put all reminders into the calendar itself? That is incredible awkward and makes the calendar itself cluttered and much less useful. I have many regular reminders that I'd like to have show up in reminders without appearing in the calendar. Please revert to the older system as soon as possible!

Why 'Scheduled reminders' are not showing up in Calendar app on my iPhone? I’m on iOS 18 but for some reason my reminder items are not showing in my calendar on iPhone , does anyone know why? Even reminder items that I create straight from the Calendar would not show on Calendar, but would reflect in the Reminders app. I have already selected to show “Scheduled reminders”. It works fine on my other devices like iPad and MacBook Air. Thanks. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Agreed. At least they should show you how to turn them off. Most popular response didn't work for me.
