buzzing noise when playing audio with high pitch on my Mac Pro 2019
Whenever I play audio either it's music or a video and the audio has a high pitch the audio comes out with buzzing sound

same speakers each time? which speakers?

I am using the built-in speaker so the problem I am facing from that speaker
try a different output as a check against the speaker "blown out" and causing the distortion.
just tried a different output and the buzz sound isn't there... it seems to be only happening if the audio is playing by the built-in speaker
