cirlces and arrows have suddenly appeard on each event on my calendar. How do I remove them?

This happened after the last software update.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 15.0

May not be much help as my Mac has earlier software ... however your request deserves some response.

Am not sure what those circles and arrows represent, or what causes them, in order to help remove them..


There's a resource for MacOS Sequioa : Calendar User Guide for Mac - Apple Support that may be helpful.


Eg: If the circles have a number in them, they are likely notification "badges"

From the above guide: Reply to invitations in Calendar on Mac - Apple Support

says:

"If you selected “Badge app icon” in Notifications settings, the Calendar icon in the Dock has a red badge. The number in the red circle shows how many pending notifications you have for invitations, as well as changes to events and shared calendars".
