Unlocking a MacBook Pro with my iPhone 11??

My daughter had my MacBook with her at college and she locked it and couldn’t remember what she changed the password to. Well she just now brought it home(8months or longer later) and I need to unlock it with my iPhone because I’m starting online college very soon and I need it. Can someone help me plz?
