Can’t scroll Notes in Calendar Appointment

If I open a calendar appointment I’ve created, I cannot scroll through my Notes inside that appointment. I have to press “show more” in order to view all my notes. Is it me or did Apple overlook this with the new iOS 18 update? I want to scroll them, not go to a new page to view them.

apple notes jumps to top of page - how do I make it stop? I have read old threads and tried the mentioned “solution” of going to SETTINGS>APPLE ID> turn off the slider for notes. I agree to the pop-up that notes will be deleted from my iPad. (They will return when I turn the slider back on). I close the notes app fully. Reopen it, and the problem still persists: When I use slide over to access my notes again, it once again jumps to the top. Does any Apple contributor/employee on here have any solution to this? Please help. Thank you.

Problems in IOS 15's Notes App When Trying to select things in the iPhone app of Notes it automatically scrolls up and doesn't allow someone to select and copy text. Is anyone else having this problem?
