I am trying something new for my CRM. Because I want a smooth and accessible function to add records to my CRM I am attempting to build a basic on in Numbers. This way I can use forms and shortcuts to add to it directly from my phone without hassle. In doing this, I would like to see about a report view of a selected record to view all the details input in my database. Is there a way to do this? Thanks in advance!
It sounds as if you need the forms feature.

But you already mention forms and shortcuts. Are you having trouble getting them to do what you want them to do?
BTW, I would caution against relying too much on Numbers as a substitute for a database app, especially if your business depends on the data.
