I hope this message finds you well. I am a student from Cambodia and am interested in learning more about the student discount offered by Apple. Specifically, I would like to know if the discount of $100 is available for Cambodian students, and whether I am eligible for it when purchasing directly from the Apple website.

We are all Apple users, like yourself in the Community, so Apple is not here to completely answer your question.
Although "Shopping Help" available for website purchases, shipping of products is only within USA and territories:
Eg Shopping Help says: "Shopping in the U.S.
Items purchased online from Apple ship within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. No
shipments can be made to P.O. Box addresses, United States territories, or addresses outside of the United States. You may not export any products purchased online from Apple."

The way I understand it, as Apple's warranties are limited to the country of purchase, it would seem best to purchase Apple products for use in Cambodia in Cambodia. You would likely need to check the possibility of student discounts and any eligibility requirements with individual Apple stores or Apple product suppliers:
Eg: You can try: Choose your country or region - Apple ... or ... Find Locations - Apple (KH) for contact details.
