Why doesn't my mac Ventura have the widget option in the desktop and dock center?

I have been trying to find a solution for this for the last 3 hours. Even on the settings search bar, there is no widget option.

Please help me with this.

Thanks

In my experience, I have not seen widgets on desktop or dock for Ventura.

Also according to this article, widgets is only in notification for this OS version, in the native state:

Add and customize widgets in Notification Center on Mac - Apple Tugi (EE).

Starting with the macOS Sonoma (the version after Ventura), the macOS natively supports desktop widgets, Use widgets on your Mac desktop - Apple Support

If there is an app that exists that allows a widget like extension in the dock or desktop for Ventura, I am not aware of this.
