Apple Configurator Organization Certificate expired

Greetings. We use JAMF to manage our ipads and I use Apple Configurator at times to prepare and enroll the ipads. A few days ago, I uploaded an mdm profile that I always used and an expiration error message came up.

I went to the organization settings and viewed the Supervision Identity certificate

Odd thing is I used it earlier this year with no issue but it says expired in 2017? HUH?

Anyway. I am wondering what the steps are to renew/update or reissue the certificate.

I did read that if you do a new one, you have to re-enroll all devices. Ugh.
