Cannot Sign into My Account on Any Windows PC
Hi Guys!
Alongside my iPhones, I have iTunes running on my Win10 desktop PC.
I wanted to add Apple Music and iTunes to my Win11 laptop (Windows 11 Home, version 23H2, 22631.4169). I got the Music app from the Microsoft Store, but every time I tried to login with my Apple ID password, it was rejected. I thought it may be just an issue with the Music app on Windows, but when I got iTunes from the MS Store and tried to login, it was the same problem.
I successfully changed my Apple ID password on my phone but it made no difference. I also tried to authorise the laptop but, again, my password was rejected.
Has anyone any advice on how I can resolve this problem, please?
