I am trying to use Endnote20 with Apple Pages ver 14.2 however the endnote option is always greyed out. I have downloaded this plugin about 3 times Download Pages EndNote Plug-in v3.3 - Apple Support to no avail, and have ensured my document has the 'Document Body' box ticked. Each time I am opening Endnote first, then pages, then going to the insert button, but it is still greyed out. Any advice?

Send feedback to Apple's Pages product team via its application menu. No Apple employees participate in these public, user-supported communities and this community is far from being an EndNote support on Pages destination.
That Apple Pages EndNote plug-in has not been revised since 2019 and may no longer be compatible. I wouldn't count on much help from EndNote either. Have you tried using EndNote v21 to see if that resolves anything? Your process of launching EndNote first, then Pages is the standard approach to activating that Insert menu item — when things are working as expected.
