My favorite app, Notes, freezes up and is unresponsive when I open it, try to start a new note, or look at any of my current notes. I use this app approximately 10 times a day AT LEAST and now it is completely unresponsive. We need this glitch fixed ASAP please!
Same problem. Notes takes 2-3
seconds to respond to any action. I have over 10,000 notes and it is the core of my productivity. Apple, please investigate! I’m on an IPad M4 Pro, my iPhone 15 pro max runs notes ok. Tried upgrading to 18.01, but same problem.

Yes and the Create New Folder button on the bottom left corner keeps glitching: disappearing and reappearing and disappearing again
